We‘re glad that you have stopped by to learn what we’re all about. We hope you see our passion for multiculturalism and inclusiveness in our community. It is the reason that we do what we do — cultural and educational programming, community support, community outreach, and social initiatives, to racialized and non-racialized community members of all ages.
If you were to ask us to describe ourselves in one sentence, we would say, “We’re a diversity-centered, social and knowledge-focused, community center.”
These values create the DNA for us to create a hopeful living community of people from all walks of life. As a diversity Centered organization, you will notice that we believe a community center is so much more than a meeting place for people. It is a place where you find various resources and initiatives designed to improve your quality of life and give you access to a broader social network. We also promote these initiatives in collaboration with other non-governmental and governmental organizations and institutions. We invite you to come in with your family and friends to experience everything the Citadel Multicultural Centre has to offer.
